Perez about a crash at the Canadian Grand Prix: The pain was very strong at first but I’m fine now
According to Perez, the strain of the crash, which occurred in qualifying, caused him discomfort in his neck, and because of the muscle strain and temporarily cannot train.
“It’s always hard to start a new week after a bad race. I’m still recovering from the accident because I had problems because of the neck pain – which I didn’t initially feel.
The pain was really bad at first, but I’m fine now. At the moment, though, I can’t do my normal training in preparation for the Grand Prix. For the time being, I am only doing neck therapy in order to recover 100% for the stage at Silverstone,” said Perez.
